What Are Templates?
Templates let you save a post format that you use regularly — text, media layout, platform selection — so you can reuse it without starting from scratch every time.
Creating a Template
- Go to Templates in the sidebar
- Click Create Template
- Add your text, media placeholders, and select which platforms it targets
- Give it a name and save
Using a Template
- When creating a new post, click Templates
- Select the template you want to use
- The post form fills with your saved content
- Customise as needed and schedule
Tips
- Create templates for recurring content types (e.g., "Monday Motivation", "Behind the Scenes")
- Templates save platform selections too — great for multi-platform posting
- You can edit and delete templates at any time
