Post Approval Workflow

How Approval Works

If your workspace uses a team, posts may need to be approved before they go live. This ensures brand consistency and gives your team a chance to review content.

The Approval Flow

  1. You create and schedule a post as normal
  2. If your account requires approval, the post moves to Needs Approval status instead of being scheduled immediately
  3. A team member with approval permissions reviews the post
  4. They click Approve to schedule it, or can edit it first

Approved posts move to Scheduled status and publish at the time you set. Unapproved posts stay in the queue until someone reviews them.
