Getting Started

Reporting an Issue or Suggesting a Feature

Where to find it

At the bottom of your workspace sidebar there is a Report an issue link. Every member of every workspace can use it, whatever their role — you do not need to be a workspace admin.

Reporting an issue

Choose Report an issue, then tell us:

  • What happened — the error you saw, or what the app did.
  • What you expected instead — this is often the fastest way for us to see the problem.
  • How to make it happen again — which account, which post, which page.

Attach a screenshot or a short screen recording if you can. Images up to 10MB and video up to 50MB. A screenshot usually saves an entire round of back-and-forth emails.

Suggesting a feature

Choose Suggest a feature and describe what you want to be able to do, and what you are doing today instead. The workaround you have invented tells us more about the real problem than a feature name does.

What happens next

  1. You get an email straight away confirming we have it, with a reference like FB-0042.
  2. It lands in a queue our team works through. A team member picks it up and it moves to In progress.
  3. When it is done, you get an email telling you what changed — with a link to the changelog entry if it shipped as part of a release.
  4. If we decide not to build it, you still get an email, with the reason. Nothing is closed silently.

Tracking what you have raised

The same page lists everything raised from your workspace, with its current status and our replies. It is workspace-wide on purpose: if a teammate has already reported something, you can see it rather than reporting it a second time.

What to send where

  • Something is broken, or you want a feature — use Report an issue. It is tracked and you get updates.
  • Urgent problem with a live campaign — email support@typamanagement.com, or use your Telegram support channel if you are on an Enterprise plan.
  • Billing questions — email support directly; those are not handled through the feedback queue.
