Creating a Post
- Click Create Post in the sidebar
- Select which accounts to post to (you can select multiple platforms at once)
- Add your media from the media library or upload new files
- Write your caption (or use the AI Caption Generator)
- Set platform-specific options if needed (Instagram post type, TikTok privacy, etc.)
- Check the compliance report
- Choose to Schedule for a specific date and time, or Add to Queue
Calendar View
The calendar shows all your scheduled posts in a visual timeline. You can:
- View by week or month
- Drag and drop posts to reschedule them
- Click a post to edit it
- See which platforms each post is going to
Post Queue
Instead of picking specific times for every post, you can set up a posting schedule (e.g., 9am, 1pm, 6pm daily) and simply add posts to the queue. Posts are published automatically at the next available slot.
Per-Platform Versions
Each post can have different text for each platform. Click on an account to create a platform-specific version with custom text while sharing the same media. This is great when you want different captions for Instagram vs TikTok.
