What You Need
- A Google account with a YouTube channel
How to Connect
- Go to your workspace and click Accounts in the sidebar
- Click the + button and select YouTube
- Sign in with your Google account
- Select the YouTube channel you want to connect
- Grant permissions for uploading and managing videos
What You Can Post
- Video uploads only (no image posts on YouTube)
- Set title, description, and privacy level (public, unlisted, or private)
- Select a playlist
- Description limit: 5,000 characters
Troubleshooting
- "No channel found" — Your Google account must have a YouTube channel. Create one at youtube.com first.
- "Upload failed" — Check your video format (MP4 recommended) and make sure it's under the file size limit.
- Can't see YouTube in the account list? — YouTube may not be available on your current plan. Contact support if you need help.
