Token Expired / Account Disconnected
What it means: Your access token for a social platform has expired or been revoked. This is completely normal — platforms do this regularly for security.
How to fix:
- Go to Accounts in your workspace
- Find the disconnected account (it may show a warning icon)
- Click the refresh icon to re-authenticate
- Complete the authorization flow again
Facebook and Instagram tokens typically expire every 60 days. A quick re-authentication fixes it.
Publish Failed
Common causes:
- Wrong media format — Check the platform's requirements. For example, TikTok needs video (not images), and Pinterest needs a single image.
- Content rejected by the platform — The platform may have flagged the content. Check your compliance report before posting.
- Rate limit exceeded — Too many posts in a short time. The system will retry automatically — no action needed.
- Account needs re-authentication — Go to Accounts and refresh the connection.
Rate Limit Exceeded
What it means: You've hit the platform's posting limit (too many posts in a short window).
How to fix: Nothing to do — the system automatically retries after the limit resets. To avoid this, spread your scheduled posts out rather than posting everything at the same time.
