Overview
Autoposter lets you create a single post and publish it to multiple platforms at the same time. Select any combination of your connected accounts — Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Snapchat — and schedule it all from one screen.
How It Works
- Click Create Post from the sidebar
- Select the accounts you want to post to — click as many as you like across different platforms
- Add your media and write your caption
- Schedule a date and time, or add it to your queue
- Autoposter publishes the post to every selected account at the scheduled time
Per-Platform Versions
Different platforms have different character limits, hashtag strategies, and audiences. Autoposter lets you write per-platform versions of your caption within the same post:
- Click on a specific account's tab in the post editor
- Write a tailored caption just for that platform
- The default caption is used for any account that doesn't have a custom version
This means you can post the same video everywhere but use a longer caption on Facebook, hashtags on Instagram, and a shorter hook on X — all in one go.
What Gets Shared
- Media — The same images/videos are sent to all selected platforms
- Caption — Uses the default caption unless you've written a platform-specific version
- First comment — Only posted on platforms that support it (Instagram & Facebook)
- Video thumbnail — Only applied on platforms that support it (Instagram Reels & YouTube)
Tips
- Check the Compliance Report before publishing — a video might be safe on YouTube but flagged on TikTok
- Use per-platform versions to tailor your message without creating separate posts
- The calendar view shows your scheduled posts across all platforms so you can see your full content plan
